Palak Puri recipe


  • Spinach :- 2oo gm
  • Wheat flour(atta) :- 1 cup
  • Ghee or oil :- 1 tblsp
  • Oil :- For frying
  • Salt :- For taste

Cooking Instructions

Blanch the spinach leaves in boiling water with salt.

Remove spinach leaves and make paste of it.

Mix palak paste, atta, salt, ghee or oil together and knead it to make semi-hard dough.

Cover the dough for about 10 minutes with a muslin cloth.

Make 16 equal parts and roll into disc shape.

Now fry it deeply in hot oil.

Now it is ready for serving with dal or sabji.
