Butter Cookies recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 deg C.

Cream the butter. Add the sugar and continue to whip until fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla and continue to beat.

Fold in the flour. Cover and chill the dough for an hour and a half.

Take the dough out and roll it out. Cut into desired shapes. Bake for 10-12 minutes and cool completely on a wire rack.
