Sabzi Acha recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg peeled and cut carrots
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 kg turnips peeled and cut
  • 1/2 kg cauliflower cut onto sprigs
  • 3/4 kg peas (shelled)
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1/4 kg jaggery ( coarsely powdered)
  • Grind
  • 10 red chillies
  • 1 pod garlic
  • 2 ginger
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

Parboil all the vegetables and stain and cool them. in a pan put the vinegar and jaggery, and bring to the boil.

add salt and ground spices and fry well for 2-3 minutes. add vegetables, mix well, and remove from the fire. cool and bottle.
