Royal Icing recipe


  • 1 Egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 3 cups Icing sugar

Cooking Instructions

Beat the egg white and lemon juice untill soft peaks form.

Bit by bit add the icing sugar.

The end product should peak like whipped cream. You might need more sugar or even less depending on how humid the day is. If it gets too thick add water 1/2 a teaspoon at a time. If too thin add some more sugar!
