Creamy Chicken Steaks recipe


  • Chicken Breast-2
  • Cottage Cheese-1/2 packet
  • Parsley/Coriander-1 bunch
  • Wooster Sauce-2 tbsp
  • Salt-As required
  • Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
  • Green and black olive-5 to 6
  • Flour-2 tbsp
  • Cream-1 cup

Cooking Instructions

Take cottage cheese add spring onion, olives.

Cut the chicken breast from the center, put salt, black pepper, Wooster sauce, and leave it for a while.

Now fill up chicken breast with cheese, and make them roll.

Take a pan and heat up oil in it. Fry the chicken over slow flame.

Take another pan heat up oil put garlic and golden brown it. Add remaining cottage cheese in it.

After that add flour an cook it. Now add cream, salt, black an white pepper, Wooster sauce, and mix it well.

When chicken got fried then put it in the plate and cut it into 3 pieces.
