Scrambled Eggs Sliced Tomatoes recipe


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 basil leaves
  • salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Beat the eggs slightly with fork, adding 2 minced basil leaves, pepper, and a 1/2 teaspoon water.

Heat the pan, spray with cooking spray and add the mixture.

Cook until the eggs get a creamy consistency, stirring and scraping from the bottom of the pan.

Slice and plate the tomato top with the scrambled eggs, garnish with basil and season with salt and pepper.
