Vegetable Soup recipe


  • Carrot (chopped)-2
  • Pea-1 cup
  • Turnip (chopped)-2
  • Tomato-5 to 6
  • Chicken Yakhni-2 cup
  • Garlic (chopped)-4 to 5
  • Potato-2
  • Crushed Black Pepper-1 tsp
  • Red Chili powder-1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder-1/3 tsp
  • Butter-As required
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Cream-For Garnishing

Cooking Instructions

First of all take all vegetables and chopped them well.

Take tomato put it into a warm water and peel off the skin and then after that remove their seeds.

Put tomato, Chicken Yakhni into a blender and blend it.

Now take frying pan, pour oil and add garlic in it and cook it till the garlic turns golden brown in color.

After that add tomato paste and all the required vegetables in it and cook it over slow flame.

When vegetables gets soft, dish it out in a bowl.

Now sprinkle some black pepper, salt, red chili and cinnamon powder and then add small quantity of butter.

Then finally garnish the soup with cream. And now your Vegetable soup is ready to serve hot.
