Bean Salad recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 (16 ounce) cans beans (green beans or kidney beans or chickpeas or cannellini beans or wax beans or black-eyed peas), rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together.

Let sit to marinate for several hours (to overnight) before serving.
