Murgh Kabab Mughlai recipe


  • Chicken meat boneless ½ kg
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Garlic juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger juice 2 tbsp
  • Plain yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Clarified Butter 2 cup
  • Cellophane bag 1

Cooking Instructions

Soak the chicken meat in ginger, garlic juice & salt for 1 hour.

Now put corn flour in a cellophane bag, with little salt & black pepper.

Add the marinated chicken into the bag, shake the bag very well.

Now put the clarified butter in a pan, let it melt.

As the clarified butter get hot, put the coated chicken into the hot clarified butter, fry it till it get golden brown color.

Remove it from the hot clarified butter.

Serve with green salad & hot beard.
