Cut the chicken in stripes. Also cut the carrot, capsicum and cabbage in the same way.
Cut green beans into 1 inch pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.
Now add chicken pieces and cook.
Add in all the vegetable and stir fry for a 1 minute.
Then add sesame oil and soy sauce.
Pour in stock, salt, black pepper and noodles and cook.
When sauce slightly dries then dish out and serve.
