Chocolate Coconut Hearts recipe

Ingredients

  • Chocolate 150 gm
  • Desiccated coconut 1 cup
  • Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
  • Warm water 4 tbsp
  • Condensed milk ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp

Cooking Instructions

Dissolve gelatin powder in warm water.

Add desiccated coconut and vanilla essence.

Mix well and add condensed milk.

Mix continuously.

Spread this mixture in tray and cut with heart shape cutter.

Put in fridge to firm.

Melt chocolate in double boiler.

Dip coconut hearts in it and leave to cool.

Garnish with chocolate and Serve.
