Double Cheese Chicken Burger recipe

Ingredients

  • For Chicken Patty:
  • Chicken mince 1 kg
  • Bread slices 2 to 3 (large)
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Wostershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Mustard powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • For Stuffing:
  • Mozzarella cheese (cut in cubes)
  • For Sauce:
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Hot sauce 2tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Cabbage 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Fresh coriander 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • For Frying Bruger:
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Unsalted butter 25g
  • Garlic 1 tsp (crushed)
  • To Assemble:
  • Buns
  • Lettuce
  • Onion rings
  • Cheese slices

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add all the ingredients under sauce and mix well.

In a chopper add all the ingredients under chicken patty and blend till combined, then keep in the fridge covered for 1/2 to 1 hour.

Then take the chicken mixture, grease your palms and flatten the mince add the mozzarella cheese and add some more mice and make a smooth patty.

Heat oil and butter add garlic, place the patty and fry on both side till dark golden, on low to medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

Warm the buns, spread the sauce on both sides of the buns, lettuce, patty, cheese slices, onion, sauce, bun top.

Serve hot with fries and cold drink.
