Stuffed Cheese Potato Cutlets recipe


  • Potato ½ kg (boiled)
  • Egg 2
  • Bread crumbs ½ cup
  • Cottage cheese 2 – 3 tbsp (grated)
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves few (finely chopped)
  • Fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • Green chilies 2 (chopped)
  • Cumin seed few (crushed)
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

First mash the boiled potatoes.

Now add salt and mix well.

Then add cheese, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.

Beat the eggs now.

Make cutlets of potato mixture and put cheese mixture in one cutlet and cover with another potato cutlet.

Do same process with remaining cutlets.

Now dip cutlets in eggs and coat with bread crumbs.

Finally heat oil and fry these cutlets.

Delicious stuffed cheese potato cutlets are ready to serve.
