Shami Kabab Ghotala recipe


  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion 1 cup (omelette style chopped)
  • Tomato 1 cup (chopped)
  • Shami kabab 8 (fried)
  • Egg 8
  • Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Green chili 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Naan for serving

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet and saute onions.

Now add tomatoes, red chili powder, cumin, all spice powder, black pepper and little water; cook till the tomatoes are tender and oil separate.

Grind the shami kabab and add into skillet.

Now add eggs and mix well.

Then add green chilies and coriander leaves.

Delicious shami kabab ghotala are ready.

Now take out in dish and serve with naan.
