Piyazo recipe


  • Green gram 2 cup
  • Whole coriander ½ cup (crushed)
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Onion 3
  • Green chili 2 – 3
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

Soak green gram with soda for the whole night.

Then chopped green gram, green chilies, crushed coriander, red chili powder, salt and cumin with the help of chopper and put it into mixing bowl.

Then add onions lachey and properly mix it.

After wards make medium size balls and deep fry.

In the end take out the balls on absorbent paper and serve it with tamarind and tomato ketchup.
