Wash the eggplants, cut them into two and remove the seeds.
In a mixing bowl, add the chicken mince, red chili powder, all spice powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, egg and bread crumbs.
Stuff the eggplants with this mixture and cut them in triangular shapes.
To make the batter mix the gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and some water.
Make a smooth batter.
Dip the stuffed eggplants into the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
