Pre-heat the oven on 350 degrees.
First of all marinate chicken with salt, Italian seasoning and lemon pepper. You can use lemon juice if lemon pepper is not available.
You can proceed from this but it’s better to refrigerate this chicken for 5-6 hours for better marination.
Now one by one dip each piece of chicken into beaten eggs the in bread crumbs.
Place these pieces in an oven tray and pour coconut oil and butter with a spoon on each piece.
After baking for 30 minutes take this out and top it with shredded cheese and then again bake for 7 to 8 minutes.
