Cook the cabbage with shelled peas.
When half done, add cubed potatoes, peeled tomatoes and salt.
Fry cloves of garlic, red chillies, mustard seeds, onions, cloves, coriander seeds, turmeric powder and cumin seeds in a little oil.
Add the cabbage mixture to it, pour in tamarind pulp and pounded rice.
Add lentils, fresh desiccated coconut and let it simmer till cooked.
