Talbinah recipe


  • Barley 200 gms
  • Milk ½ kg
  • Water 1 cups or as required
  • Honey
  • Dates

Cooking Instructions

Wash barley and put in to a large pot with milk.

Bring boil and let cook till tender and become mushy well, it will take 40-45 minutes.

Add dates or honey let cool and refrigerate.

Take out in bowls serve to kids and adults in breakfast.
