First cut the cashew nuts in small pieces.
Then wash and dry the currants.
Heat a little ghee and fry them in it lightly.
Keep all this aside.
Now again heat up a ghee in deep pan and fry the semolina in it until it turns light brown in color.
Now add in sugar and milk and stir fry to make the mixture sticky.
Mix cashew nuts and raisins to the mixture.
Put off the pot from heat,and form the dough into small balls.
After cooling serve it.
