Sitaphal Rabdi recipe

Ingredients

  • Cardamom powder : – ¼ tea spoon
  • Almonds : – 4-5
  • Custard apple : – 1 cup
  • Sugar : – 50 gms
  • Pistachios : – 4-5
  • Rose petals : – 1 tea spoon
  • Milk : – 2 liter
  • Saffron stands : – ¼ tea spoon

Cooking Instructions

Take pista and almonds and chop it properly.

Take a large pot and then keep the milk for boiling.

Once it starts boiling keep the gas and low heat.

Then add the sugar and again keep it stirring till the sugar properly gets dissolved in it.

Remove it from the gas. Now add the almonds, pista, saffron and cardamoms.

Keep it for cooling

Now add the custard apple pulp. Then keep it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Now serve it in the bowl and dress up it with rose petals.
