Take a pan and heat with oil.
Then add mustard seeds.
When they start to crackle add chopped onions.
Saute till the onions become transparent.
Then add chopped tomatoes and salt.
Saute for 3-5 mins.
Then add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
Saute for a min and add the boiled gees.
Fry for 5-10 mins and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Then remove from flame and serve your tomato egg curry with Sambar
