Anjeer Halwa recipe


  • Dried Figs (Anjeer) chopped into pieces – 1 cup
  • Boiled warm milk – ½ cup
  • Ghee – 2 tablespoon
  • Condensed Milk – ½ cup
  • Few Saffron strands

Cooking Instructions

Soak the chopped figs in warm milk for an hour and then grind to a fine paste along with the milk.

Heat ghee in a vessel and add the condensed milk, Saffron, fig paste and cook on medium heat stirring continuously till it leaves the sides of the vessel.
