Anday Aur Doubleroti Ka Halwa recipe


  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 5-8 Cardamon (Ilaichi)
  • 4 Loafs of Bread

Cooking Instructions

Break the loaf of bread into pieces, add milk and sugar and stir until bread and sugar dissolved.

Add oil, eggs and cardamon.

Cook on medium flame for 30- 40 mins or until light brown.

Stir continuously so it doesn''t get burnt. When readily cooked, oil will collect on sides, drain all the extra oil.

Garnish with nuts of your choice and serve warm.
