Akhrot (walnut) ka Halwa recipe


  • Walnut-1/2 cup
  • Milk-1/2 liter
  • Milk powder-2 cup
  • Green Little Cardamom-8
  • Khooya-1 cup
  • sugar-1 cup
  • Oil-3 tbsp

Cooking Instructions

First of all take 1 tbsp sugar, cardamom and blend it.

Now take a cooking bowl and add milk and sugar in it. Cook it until it become thick.

When milk get thick then slow the flame.
Now take another cooking bowl put oil in it n heat up. now put cardamom.

After that add Khooya, walnut, milk powder, cook it well.

When it cook well then add already cook milk and leave it over a slow flame.

When milk gets evaporate then cook it over high flame. Your Sweet is ready.
