Cornbread Pudding recipe


  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 6 pieces day-old cornbread cut into cubes
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix all ingredients together including eggs, brown sugar, milk, cream and vanilla.

Place the corn bread pieces on a baking pan and pour the mixture on cornbread pieces and allow the mixture to absorb.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 30 mins until pudding becomes set.
