cream caramel recipe


  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup of cream

Cooking Instructions

first of all,take 1/2 cup of sugar and put it in a pan then add some water just 1/4 of the sugar then let it be light brown after it get light brown switch off the stove your caramel is ready ,now take a aluminum plate and fill the base with the caramel but note only base,now in the same pan in which the remaining caramel is placed add 2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of cream and 1/4 cup of sugar now mix it well and give it some heat,now in a separate bowl take 3 eggs and beat it.Now add some of the caramel milk so that the eggs get warm.Now beat the eggs very well,now mix it with caramel milk.

Now take the aluminum plate and put it in a tray and fill it with the caramel eggs milk you prepared earlier (note when you put aluminum plate in the tray,the tray should be cover up with a towel) Now add some water in the tray about 1/3 of the aluminum plate,and put it in oven.Now just look at it every 10 mints,until it is not movable(the caramel egg milk in the plate).After this your cream caramel is prepared and ready to eat.
