Custard Kheer recipe


  • Rice-1 cup (boiled)
  • Fresh Milk-2 cup
  • For Caramel
  • Sugar-2tbsp
  • Vanilla Custard Powder-3tbsp
  • Almonds/Pistachio (Badaam, Pista)-1/2 cup (Chopped)
  • Water-1tbsp

Cooking Instructions

Take a cooking bowl, Put milk, sugar, rice n cook it until it become thick.

After that take 1/2 cup of chill milk n dissolve custard powder in it. Put it in the thick paste.
Now put almonds n pistachio in it.

Stir it with wooden spoon then remove it from flame.

To prepare caramel cook water with sugar until it becomes golden in color.

Pour it in a serving bowl n for garnishing put caramel in it.
