Fig Pudding recipe

Ingredients

  • figs(anjeer) : – 3 cups
  • Breadcrumb : – 4 cups
  • Sugar : – 7 cups
  • Shredded : – 5 cups
  • Nutmeg : – 20 gms
  • Milk : – 1 tin

Cooking Instructions

Make the fine chopping of figs and mix nutmeg, suet, sugar and breadcrumb in it.

Add some milk in it.

Place the mixture into a greased basin, cover it with double piece of greased paper and keep for steaming for about 3 hours.

Now serve the dish with wine foam sauce.
