Ganee Ki Kheer recipe


  • Sugarcane juice :- 1 litre
  • Basmati rice :- 100 gms

Cooking Instructions

Sugarcane juice should be heated in a pan.

Rice should be added and cooked on low flame.

Rice should be cooked till it becomes tender.

Once they are done, they should be removed from the fire.

The kheer should be cooled in a refrigerator and then served.
