Ginger Pudding recipe

Ingredients

  • Chopped ginger(adrak) : – 2 tea spoon
  • Baking powder : – ½ tea spoon
  • Shredded suet : – 100 gms
  • Breadcrumbs : – 100 gms
  • Ground ginger : – 1 tea spoon
  • Golden syrup : – 2 tea spoon
  • Milk : – 30 ml
  • Flour : – 100 gms

Cooking Instructions

First combine all dry ingredients in a pan and add golden syrup then add little milk to make mixture firm and fair.

Grease a pan and put a mixture in it. Now cover it with double piece of greased paper and give steam for about 2 to 2 ½ hour.

Now your pudding is ready to serve
