Pressure cook the sabudana with water.
To sabudana add milk and sugar and bring to a boil.Now add sugar and ghee roasted dried fruits and simmer and cook for about 10 mins.
Add safron which was soaked in warm milk and increase the heat and again bring to a boil.
Garnish with saffron,cardamon and little almonds on the top .
Serve hot or chill and serve cool like a kheer.Easy ,quick and delicious.Enjoy.
