Toffee Pudding recipe

Ingredients

  • Demerara sugar : – 300 gms
  • Butter : – 150 gms
  • Golden syrup : – 250 gms
  • Bread : – 12 round shape
  • Milk : – 50 ml

Cooking Instructions

Place sugar, syrup and butter in frying pan and boil till it is golden brown.

Put the squares of bread into milk and put in pan then allow them to get really hot.

Now pile them on a hot dish and serve with whipped cream.
