Ripe Bananas cake recipe

Ingredients

  • Ripe Bananas 500 gm
  • Eggs 4
  • Castor Sugar 1 1/3 cup
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Self raising flour2 3/4 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Cooking Instructions

Mash the bananas with a fork.

Beat bananas along with the eggs.Add sugar and beat.

Add oil and keep beating.

Sift self raising and add to the mixture and keep beating.

In the end, sprinkle baking soda and fold the mixture with a spatula until it is well mixed.

Pour the mixture in the greased 12 inch cake pan.

Bake in a preheated oven on 160 Celsius for one hour or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
