Thai Style Fried Wings recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg whites 2-3
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl combine together 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2-3 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2-3 egg whites, 1tbsp
Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce and salt as required.

Marinate the chicken wings with the prepared marinade.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken wings, on a medium flame, until golden brown in color.
