Fried Chicken Rice With Thai Basil And Egg recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless 200g
  • Rice (half boiled) 2-3 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Fish Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Thai basic 2-3 sticks
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • Cucumber 1
  • Lemon 1-2
  • Spring onions 2-3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt as required

Cooking Instructions

Add ½ cup oil in a pan , crack open two eggs and have them half fried .Keep aside.

Shred 200 g chicken and grind together 3-4 cloves of garlic along with 4-5 green chilies.

In the same oil fry the chicken until the color changes.

Now add the ground garlic cloves and green chilies

Add 2-3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce , 2-3tbsp soya sauce, 3 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tsp Chinese salt.

When the chicken becomes tender add the Thai basil and 2-3 cups boiled rice

Toss well to mix, cook for 3 minutes and serve.
