Lime Coconut Mint Lassi recipe


  • 1 Lime (Nimbu) (roughly chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Honey (Shehed)
  • 200 ml/7 fl ounces of Coconut Milk
  • 85 grams/3 ounces of Ice
  • Fresh Mint (Podina) (to garnish)

Cooking Instructions

In a food processor or blender combine the coconut milk and lime and blitz it until the lime is finely chopped.

(Alternatively, add the juice or peel of the lime only.)

Add the honey and ice and blitz the drink until it is well smooth.

Pour the drink into a tall glass. Decorate it with a sprig of mint and serve cold.
