Cut chicken breast from centre to open like book.
Now marinate with salt to taste, 2 tbsp raw papaya paste and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Keep it aside.
In a bowl put together ½ cup gram flour, 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 inch piece of chopped ginger, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp chilli powder and salt to taste.
Now add water to make batter of medium consistency.
Stuff chicken breast with grated mozzarella cheese.
Dip in prepared batter and deep fry till golden brown.
