Finely chop 1 tin fruit cocktail.
Heat ½ liter milk in a pan till it comes to a boil.
Add 3 tbsp rice powder and mix well.
Also add ½ sugar and cook till sugar is dissolved.
Add chopped fruits and cook on low flame till thickens.
Also add 2 tbsp kewra and 250 gm khoya, cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
Dish it out, garnish with chopped almond and pistachios.
