Chocolate Eclair Cake recipe


  • 1 pack graham crackers
  • 6 oz instant pudding mix (any flavor)
  • 3 cup milk
  • 8 oz whipped cream
  • For Chocolate Sauce Topping:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and whipped cream until become smooth batter.

Prepare chocolate sauce topping for that beat together the ingredients mentioned for the sauce and set aside make sure that batter is thicker than normal chocolate sauce.

Now take a wide and deep dish and make a layer of whole graham cracker at the bottom of dish and spread half of the pudding batter onto the crackers. Repeat this pattern of layer one more time and then spread the prepared chocolate sauce onto the crackers.

Place this dish in fridge to chill for at least an hour and then cut into pieces before serving.
