In a bowl, add maida, egg, powdered sugar, vanilla essence and powdered cardamom. Mix them well and make a dough
Close the dough with lid for 15mins
After 15mins make small balls and spread them round(not too thick nor thin) Then make any shapes
Heat a kadai, add oil deep fry the shapes.
Note: cake should be crunchy, not to be fried dark brown then it will become hard
