Eggless Banana Pancakes recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 small ripe bananas, finely chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Stir in the milk and finely chopped bananas just until moistened.

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.

Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

Brown on both sides and serve hot.
