Healthy Corn cake recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour"ata"
  • 2 cup corn meal"Makai ka ata"
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup drained corn kernels
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper or chopped spring onion "opt"
  • 1 egg " opt" (if ur not a pure vegetarian)

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl combine the above ingredients & mix well.

Grease a baking pan and pour the mix evenly into it.

Bake in the oven at 350 deg for 30 -35 min (until the top is golden).

Remove from heat and cool for 5 min.

Turn out on a plate, cut into pieces and serve warm with butter & a cup of tea.
