Pineapple Dump Cake recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c Sugar
  • 2 c All purpose flour
  • 2 ts Baking soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cn (20 oz) crushed pineapple in
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 4 oz Butter
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c 10x sugar

Cooking Instructions

Put the sugar,flour,eggs,baking soda,and the pineapple, including, syrup into a bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combine.Pour into a 9 x 12 baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40 minutes. Cool cake.Mix softened butter, cream cheese, vanilla and 10x sugar and spread over top of cake.
