Karhai Liver Masala recipe

Ingredients

  • Liver ½ kg cut into small cubes
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted white cumin crushed 1 tsp heaped
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Kasori methi 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies whole small ones 8
  • Ginger Julian 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Cooking Instructions

Put ½ cup water in a karhai with ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt and chili powder.

Fry well for 10 minutes add liver and oil, coriander leaves chopped, green chillies whole, roasted cumin, coriander roasted, allspice, ginger slices and kasori methi, leave it on dum for 5 minutes and remove.
