Bran Muffins recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white flour
  • 2 cups natural bran
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup raisins

Cooking Instructions

Dissolve the baking soda in the milk.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a muffin tin, using either nonstick pan or paper liners.

Bake at 325F for 25 minute.
