Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease bottom of 2, 9" x 5" x 3" inch loaf pans with Pam or butter or margarine
Beat butter in a large mixer set at medium until light and fluffy. Add sugars and beat well. Add eggs, and egg whites, and vanilla, beat until well blended. Add mashed banana and beat on high for 30 seconds.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder in a medium bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, alternating with cream making sure to end with the flour.
Rinse and drain fresh (or frozen and thawed) blueberries. Take blueberries and gently fold them into the banana bread mixture. Remember be gentle! Mix gently. Decorate with the extra blueberries on the top of each loaf, make a love heart or a line of blueberries!
Pour batter evenly between both bread pans. Bake until golden brown and when a toothpick is inserted in the middle of each loaf it comes out clean, which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool breads on a wire rack for 10 minutes in pans. Remove breads from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Slice and serve with butter, or jam and butter or even just eat it plain. Don''t worry about eating it right after you take it out of the pans, you can have it warm as it''s a lovely taste when it''s just still a touch warm from the oven.
