Ginger Salad Dressing recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp chopped celery
  • ¼ cup peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1½ tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Put all the ingredients mentioned above in food processor and process until become smooth paste.

Transfer the ginger salad dressing in an air tight jar; you can use it up to one week.
