Onion Tomato Raita recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 green chili, minced
  • 5 –6 fresh mint leaves, minced
  • 2 tsp sugar (add more or less)
  • salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

To different versions of the condiment, add all or any of these: grated cucumber, carrot, radish, fresh coconut etc
