Healthy Chicken Salad recipe


  • Chicken (boneless)-125gram
  • Garlic (paste)-1/2tsp
  • Black pepper (grind)-1/2tsp
  • Oyster sauce-1tsp
  • Lemon syrup-1tbsp
  • Olive oil-1tsp
  • Salt-as required
  • For the making of spaghetti
  • Spaghetti-50gram
  • Soya sauce-2tbsp
  • Oil-1 to 2tbsb
  • Salt-as required
  • For salad
  • Cabbage-100gram
  • Tomato (without seeds cut into slices)-1
  • Cottage cheese (in cubes)-100gram
  • For dressing
  • Tomato ketchup-2tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped)-1
  • Lemon syrup-2tbsp
  • Green chili (chopped)-1
  • Olive oil-2tbsp
  • Salt-as required

Cooking Instructions

First of all take a mixing bowl and put chicken, garlic paste, black pepper, oyster sauce, lemon syrup, olive oil, salt, mix it well and leave it for a while.

After that take a grill pan, Put oil and grill the chicken from both sides and dish out stay it for get cold.

Now cut the chicken in slices.
Preparing of spaghetti

First of all take a bowl for heat up water now put spaghetti, salt, soya sauce and boiled it for 10 minutes.

When spaghetti got boiled then put it in cold water.

Preparing of dressing

First of all take a mixing bowl and put all the ingredients of dressing and mix it well.

Now take cabbage, tomato and put it it in a bowl now add cheese, spaghetti, chicken slices, dressing and mix it well.
Now serve it.
